Registration = main ticket + roundtable/workshop (optional) + cocktail (optional)

You can register to only ONE activity per hour slot or ZERO. If you're free at a moment during the day, go visit our partner stands for networking or register for CV check/interview simulation (More information coming soon)!

We remind you that registration for workshops and round tables is mandatory because the seats are limited.

The event is mainly dedicated to PhD candidates and Post-docs, but masters/engineer students can register as well.

PhD candidates from Freiburg, Karlsruhe and Basel need to register specifically (by choosing the option) in order to get reimbursed for the traveling fees by Eucor. If the number of slots is exceeded, those PhD candidates can register to the main registration (other).

If you are a professional, with a current position in a company, and you would like to attend our event, you must register specifically with the main registration (professional).

Do not forget to register to the cocktail dinner if you are interested, it is not included with the main ticket.

The main ticket includes the access to our event, the coffee breaks and the lunch.
